7/1/2008 - Starting the week of June 9th, 2008, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, experienced flooding of catastrophic historic proportions. The Cedar River crested June 13th at 31.12 ft, 19.12 ft above flood stage, and 11.12 ft above the previous record set in 1929. The downtown businesses and residents were deeply impacted by the flood.

They serve the greater Cedar Rapids community. They are located inside the Physicians Clinic of Iowa building, next to Mercy Medical Center.
"We were very fortunate to have a web based system. We did not lose anytime, as we were able to work from our homes. Kimberly worked from her house, and I worked from mine on June 12th, 13th, 16th, and 17th. It was definitely advantageous to have a web-based system," said Carla Huber, CAT Clinic Director.
In addition to web-based access for the nurses and physicians, INR Pro provides access to patients performing self-testing at home, if they have internet access. They simply obtain the results from their device, login to the INR Pro patient access page, enter their INR results, and answer a few questions. The INR data is instantly entered into the system for the clinic to review. Upon review, the clinic will contact the patient with feedback or dosage changes, and schedule their next testing date.
